THE WEST COAST PROSPECTORS.
(By Telegraph.) .INVBBOABGILIi, Sept. 21. The Government steamer Hinomoa did not get away from the Bluff with the West Coast prospectors till 11 o'clock yesterday morning. In consequence of the weather on Saturday and Sunday being so rough, Captain Fairchild deemed it imprudent (o proceed. Tho accommodation of the Hinemoa was quite inadequate for. the number of men who go by her. Numbers went to hotels, and others had to make shift on board the vessel at the wharf. Tho Hinemoa has only room for some 50 men to go below. It was intended to erect awnings over the decks, but the wind and heavy rain rendered this impracticable. A considerable amount of grumbling was not unnaturally indulged m.
