Prioes aro unchanged, viz., Id to 4£d per lb for hoavics, 3sd to 3ijd por lb for light and medium, and Gd per lb for calfskins. WHEAT. We havo experienced a slow dragging market during 1 tho paat week, owing to the absence of orders for flonr. Millers aro not disposed to operate, and holdors show no inclination to quit. Aa stocks are reduced to a small compass, we do not expect that prices will rececto very materially. The Melbonrne market continues fairly active, sales beinqr reported at 5s 2d per bn3uel. Tho statement published m one of the Sydney papers that the Australian colonies would havo to import about 98,000 tons hug excited but littlo attention m this market, it being generally thonght that tho quantity is overstated. Sales are reported at Is 3d per bushel delivered m Adelaide, but millers generally are asking about Id per bnshel more than tbis figure. POLLABD. Pollard is worth about Is 4d per bushel. OATS. Duty 3d. The market continues quiet, bnt aa stocks aro only light holders aro asking fall prices. Small sales have been inado at from §3 2d to 3s 3d por bushel. Several small shipments aro now on their way from New Zealand and will replenish stocks. HOTTER. Daty Id por lb. Thero is a good demand for prime potted butter, and parcels on tho spot aro eagerly sought for at from Is 2.M to Is 3d per lb. Buyers, howover, are not anxious to increase stocks owiug to anticipated supplies from tho country. HHEBSB. Duty 3d per lb. Wo have sold several lines at satisfactory prices. Prime cheese of largo and medium size is worth from lOd to lOVd per lb ; loaf, from lid to HJd por lb. Inforior sorts, however, are hard to plaeo, and a reduction of 2d to 3d per lb has to bo acceptod m order to effect sales.
