It is announced that Lord Kinmore has resigned his position, and Lord Chamberlain and the Earl of Cork have also resigned their office. - THE IRISH QUESTION. The Master of Hx>rse debate policy of the Government on the Irish question was resumed last night. Lord Randolph Churchill spoke denouncing the Bill, while Messrs Burt and 'Bradlaugh supported it m a measure. Gladstone m the coarse of his speech stated he hoped that the first reading of the Bill would take place that night, m which case the Budget should be brought down to-morrow night, the 14th inst., the Land Purchase Act being introduced on Monday. (Special to the Peess Association.) (Boooivoa 1.15 p.m., April 14th.) THE TARIFF. London, April 12. The Tariff Committee of the United States Congress recommend that wool should be allowed to be imported into the States free of duty. THE MINISTRY.
