A ballot was taken ami resulted as Follows : — Muekay, 15 ; Lough, 10. Tho former was duly declared Captain. Mr E. 11. Campbell wns elected Viee-Cnpt tin ; Mr Wnke, Secretary ; Mr K. Gooi-h, I reiutirer j and tho following as a Conistiiltco:— Messrs McGuinness, lil.ic!;, Macintosh, Mullins, and Howe. Messrs Mackay, Macintosh and Campbell were elected us :i Match Committee Mr Muckaj thanked the members for electing him :;s Cuptnin, and said ho would do his best for t lie Club. The following resolutions wero carried, proposed by Mr W. J. Wood, and seconded by Mr P. E. Cook—' That the Secretary bo requested to coinmunicato with last season's lion. Tro-isurer, asking for accounts and buluneo-sheel, which will bo laid before the next meeting of the Club," also, proposed by Mr W. J. Wood, seconded by Mr P. R. Cook, and carried—" That a hearty vote of thanks be accorded Mr Woollcombo for tho uso of his ground at Waimataitai, accom pam'ed with a request that he will be kind enough to allow the Club the use oC the samo eround for the ensuing season." A voto of thanks to the chair brought the meeting to a closo.
