Tro-isurer, asking for accounts and buluneo-sheel, which will bo laid before the next meeting of the Club," also, proposed by Mr W. J. Wood, seconded by Mr P. R. Cook, and carried—" That a hearty vote of thanks be accorded Mr Woollcombo for tho uso of his ground at Waimataitai, accom pam'ed with a request that he will be kind enough to allow the Club the use oC the samo eround for the ensuing season." A voto of thanks to the chair brought the meeting to a closo.
