(Reuteb's Agenci.) (Received 0.55 a.m., March 12th.) SERIOUS RAILWAY COLLISION. London, March 11. A report is current to-day that, a serious railway collision occurred neat Mentone, m Biviere. Twenty people are stated to have been killed, including a number of English visitors. The rumor, however, lacks positive confirmation. CONFERENCE OF AMBASSADORS. CoNSTANTUfOFtE, March 11. Sir William White represents the English Government at a preliminary Conference of Ambassadors which is to be held here prior to the official meeting.
