IRooeived 10 p.m., Feb. 15th. | A. further telegram is to hand from Lithgow relative to the outbreak of fire m one of the coal mines near the township. The exertions made to rescue the Mine Manager and two men who were unable to escape resulted m tho recovery of tho manager m an unconscious state, whilo the other two men have been brought up dead, apparently suffocated.
