(Recter'3 Agency.) (Received 1 a.m., Sept. Ist.) London, August 31. Arrived — Ship Northumberland, with 14,000 carcases of frozen meat from Napior (left June 4th). Constantinople, August 20. Sir Henry Drumtnoud Wolff, who ia charged with a special mission from England to the Porte, has been received at a special audience by the Sultan. Sir Henry read the Message from Her Majesty the Queen expressing a hope that the Sultan would lend his aid to pnt an end to the present complications existing m Egypt. The Sultan replied that he set great value upon his alliance with the Queen and that he would appoint suitable persons to discuss the Egyptian question with Sir Drummond Wolff.
