The cholera epidemic is decreasing m violence m Spain, and also at Marseilles, but at Toulon the disease is spreading, and the number of deaths la on the increase. An outbreak o£ the disease is also reported at Triviere, m Italy, and great precautions are being taken to prevent its spreading m that country. , It is probable an interview will shortly take place between the Marquis of Salisbury and M. De Froycinet, French Minister for Foreign Affairs. Dieppe is mentioned as the locality of the meeting.
