SUPREME COURT.
(By Teleorath.) Auoklabd, April 11; At the Court to-day Jno. Brown, for the attempted murder of Thomas Brown, wbb sentenced to ten years' penal servitude. Weliikqton, April 11. At the Supreme Court to-day T. B. H. Taylor was acquitted of perjury. John Mitchell Walker Price and John McGregor for robhery from the person, got eighteen months' each. The criminal session has closed. Twenty cases are sot down for hearing at the civil sessions. Christch übch, April 11. In the Supreme Court to-day William Burton, charged with indecent assault, was acquitted. John George Templeton, for larceny from a dwelling house at Kaikoura, was found guilty and sentenced to six months hard labor.
