Khedive, this morning, with the London mails dated February 20th. The Melbourne Manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand, Limited, reports of the local markets as follows : — Wheat is rather firm at 3s 9d to 3s lOd ; malting barley is dull of sale at 3s lOd to 4s 7d ; there is a fair demand for New Zealand oats 3 and prime feed are ruling at 2s 8d to 3s, and milling descriptions 3s to 3s 2d ; New Zealand oats under bond are at 2s 3d to 2s 6d ; grass Beed is moderately inquired after at for ryegrass 3s 6d to 4s 4d, cocksfoot 4|d to4W.
