No entry will bo received for any of the races except upon this condition — That all disputes, claims, and objections, arising out pf the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewarda, or those* whom they may appoint ; their decision on all points connected with tho carrying out of this Programme to be final. All Entries and Acceptances must be* m sealed covers addressed to- the Seoretary, Timaru, and contain entrance? money, sweepstakes, description, age, and name of Horse, and colors to be worn by ; the Jockey ,Tand must be in.the hands of tho Secretary by 9 p.m. on above dates.
