Sib, — Would you be kind enough to express an opinion m your widely-spread 30urnal, as to what advantage there is m shipping merchandise from London to New Zealand by the Shaw-Savill and Albion Company's steamers, seeing it is detained 10 days or a fortnight at the first port of call. Could no charge bo made for this detention? If not, had we not better go back to sailing ships. An opinion will oblige. lam, &,c, One Deceived.
