Owners and Nominators to be subscribers of at least 1 soy to the funds, except m Hack Races. The District to be from the South Bank of tho Rakaia, to the North Bank of tho Waitaki. Horses to be owned, and to be m the District three months prior to the date of meeting. The Rules of tho South Canterbury Jockey Club raced under where applicable. Any person entering a protest, to deposit with the Secretary 1 soy bofore such protest is considered ; the deposit to be forfeited if the protest is considered vexatious. Not less than 'lhree Horses, tho property of different owners, to start for each race, or only half tho stakes will be given. Five per cent deducted from the gross of all moneys paid m accordance with this programme. All Nominations to be addressed to the Secretary, Fairlic Creek Racing Club, aud to bo accompanied by the Qualification and Nomination fco, uge, pedigree and color to be worn by the rider. This ride will be strictly enforced. All disputes, claims and objections, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint ; their decision upon all points to be final.
