MR J. H. SUTTER AT KERRYTOWN.

Mr J. H. Sutter addressed a meeting of the I electors of Gladstone m ths ochoolhouae at | Kerrytown lost evening. There wore about 100 electors present, and Mr E. Hoare was TOted to the chair. Mr Sutter explained his views on general questions, following the lines of his opening address at Pleasant Point, and was afterwards asked, and satisfactorily answered, a number of questions, the principal subject of enquiry being the raising of the railway rates. At the close, Mr M. O'Driscoll moved, and Mr T. Kmahan seconded, a vote of thanks and of confidence m Mr Sutter as their future member, which was carried unanimously.
