Australia. — Depression south of Tasmania. N.W. winds, and at present generally fine. Barometer. — In New Zealand : At Rusaoll, 30.2; Wellington, 30.0 ; Bluff, 30.0. In Australia: At Sydney, 30.1 ; Albany, 30.1 ; Hobart, 30.0 ; Portland, 30.0.
