(PkrElectrioTeleguaph.— Covyiuqbt.) [Rsutbb's Agency.] [Received 5.13 p.m., Sept. loth.] Adelaide, Sept. 18. Arrived, this evening— Messageries Maritimes steamer Sydney, from Marseilles. Melbourne, Sept. 18. Sailed, this afternoon -Union Company's steamer Ringaroomo, for the Bluff. Ainonst the passengers by the Messageries Maritimes' steamer Saghalien, now m this port, and Homeward bound for Marseilles, are the Irish informers, Hanlon and Kavanagh. They are travelling under assumed names, but their identity has been completely established, md they will not bo permitted to land. The following horses have been scratched for the Melbourne Cup : — 3aractacus, Thorntopper and Mountebank.
