In the House of Commons last night, a Bill providing regulations for preventing the spread of cholera within the city of London, m the event of an outbreak of the disease occurring, was finally passed. Mabrid, Aug. 7. The revolutionary agitation which has for some days past been actively manifested at Badajoz, and m the surrounding districts, is now rapidly subsiding, and tranquillity has been restored. It is not expected that any further outbreak of disloyalty will occur at the present time. Capetown, Aug. 7. Reports have been received here from Zululand to the effect that Cetewayo is still alive, and was not killed at Ulundi as previously stated. The rumor, however, is distrusted, and has not, as yet, received any reliable confirmation.
