It has been decided that the trial of O'Donnell, for tho murder of James Carey at Port Elizabeth, shall take place in England, and the prisoner will accordingly be Bent back to this country under arrest. In tho Houso of Commons last night, the Agricultural Tenants Compensation Bill was under consideration, and was finally passed by a substantial majority.
