Doag v. Howley— Claim, £12 12s 6d, judgment summons. • Mr Jameson for plaintiff. Order made for the payment of £1 10s on May 2nd, and £1 per fortnight afterwards, m default of any single payment, one month's imprisonment. Lambert v: Marshall and Copeland — Claim, £4. Mr Hamenley for plaintiff, and Mr Godby for defendants. This was a claim for cordials alleged to have been supplied to an agent of the defendants, who was m charge of tho Albury Hotel, under a bill of s»le. The evidence went to ■how that tho goods were supplied at the request of tho landlord, Butler, and not of the agent, and judgment was accordingly given for defendant, with costs £4 7s 6d. The Court then rose. *
