TO THE EDITOR OF THE TIMABTT HERALD. Sib, — I should like to know -who was your informant regarding the presentation at Otaio, as published in to-day's paper. Surely the donors, whoever they may be, ought to show eome respect for the members of the Committee in such eases as this. At present, we are all iu the dark. I am, Ate., Datid Ogdon, Secretary.
