Fast Atlantic Service.
(Per Press Association.) Ottawa, December 22. If the Canadian revenue is buoyant the Premier will next year submit a soheme for a fust Atlantic service, otherwise the idea will be postponed Messrs Huddart, Parker's chance of securing the contract is regarded favourably in Ottawa.
