(Per Press Association.) Mixnomu, Decomber 21. Mi' Tumor thinks the Federation Convention should assemble in March, that the scheme resulting from the deliberations should be submitted to the various Parliaments next session, and then the Convention should resume
about August to consider the amendments suggested, after which the matter should be referred direct to the people.
