The manager roports: -" During the past week tho low lovel drive has beon standing idle, and six men have been engaged ot tho Middle Star tunnel, outting a chamber and making all thinns ready for the sinking of a winze tc ventilate the low levol, Tho chamber is now completo and a start mado with |he winze. There are only two meu now engaged in the Middle Star drive as tho other two are working at the winze.
