The Colonial Bank.
(Per Press Association.) Dukedin, February 28. Justice Williams in delivering judgment re the Colonial Bank liquidator! said there was sufficient'before the Court to show that there should be an investigation of the books, and that the investigation should be undertaken ])y the permanent liquidators. Nona of the directors of the Bank should' ba liquidators, and therefore Mr Larnach should not bo appointed. He preferred Mr Vigera to Mr Braund, and saw no reason why Mr Ramsay should not be appointed. Mr Simpson, who stood fourth in the voting by the shareholders, would be appointed third liquidator. The question of coats wa« reserved. ' '.
