Jameson and his ollicers are charged under the eleventh section of the .Foreign Enlistment Act. Tho Court,was crowded and Jameson and the men were wildly cheered.
The magistrate (Mr Pridgo) expressed indignation at the conduct of tlio erowd, tho offence on "which the men were charged being, ho said, of tho highest possible gravity. The Law Officers of the Crown will conduct tlie prosecution.
