THE SAMOAN QUESTION.
BRITISH ANNEXATION ADVISED,
(BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
Berlin, July 15. It is reported hero that Great Britain, the United States, and Germany have instructed {the respective commanders of warships in Samoan waters to co-operate in restoring order. The Vossichc Zeitung urges the Powers interested to remove Maliotoa,and that Samoa should be annexed by one of the Powers, and suggosts Great Britain as best.
