WARDEN'S COURT.-Yesterday.
More n. Kenwck, Esq., Ml. Thames Couhty Covmoih v. Mooee. ceaft and OTHEBS.-This was a plaint by tho County Council, holders of the Big Pump seourities, against the defend dants, Thos. Mooreoraft, William Bird, and Joseph Kane, tributers in the Tookey mine, to eject them from that property, and to assess the damage the plaintiffs have sustained through the removal of a quantity of gold from the mino.-Mr Miller appeared for plaintiffs, and asked for an adjournment for a fortnight, as negotiations were pending between-the Tookey Company and his clients for the purchase of the property, and it was pro. bable that before the fortnight elapsed the case would be : settled.—The defendants),agreed to the application, and the case .was adjourned till the Bth prox.
