SUEZ MAIL NEWS.

The news brought by the Suez mail is only to December, 29, while the Califorman mail gave full telegraphic news to December 23, consequently the English news is almost wholly anticipated. The winter has lj,een of unusual rigour in the United Kingdom and Europe.
