Fiuseb, Esq., JR'.II.) ■: : Dbunonness.—William Cam was with liaviDg been drunk and incapable .in Pollen-atreot, Shortland, on the 13th.—He pleaded, guilty to having had a drop of beer, having finished a job in Tapu.—He was fined 10s, or 24 hours' imprisonment. Indecent Exposube.—George Mack* intosh was ' charged with indecently exposing his . person in a public place, to wit, Brown-street, Grahamstown, on the 13th instant.—He pleaded guilty .—Mr Sullen said that the case was anaggraoner, It ogcurred opposite the Bank of iS T eW;fZealand where a large number, of persons were . assembled.— Defendant was slightly under the influence of drink, but was not drunk.-The Bench inflicted 'a penalty of 40s and costs, or 7 days' imprisonment.
