(Before E. W, Pooke?, Esq., J.p. mid Capfc, Goldsmith, J.p.) Drunkenness, — William Leo was charged with, having been drunk and incapable in J?ollen-street, Sh'ortland,—He admitted the offence, and was lined 10s and costs, or in default 24 hours' imprisonment.
