Murphy passed his last examination, and received a dischargo after Gillies had given him a good talking to,.for living on his expectations. Samuel Henry Webb, settler and lessoo of property in Fort* street, was examined, and his caso postponed for a month. Judgment was given to-day against several defaulters in tho Education itato.
