TROOPS ENTERING MANCHURIA,

PEKING, Oct. 23. Two thousand Japanese troops from Vladivostock enter Manchuria to protect national interests in the Hnnchon district, adjoining Korea. A of Chinese troops is also advancing thither.
China advised Japan that_ she was able to cope with the situation, 'ihc Japanese action is due to raids by Korean malcontents, in which Japanese nationals suffered, Japan warned China of the incidents, a month ago, but China took no notice. —Reuter.
