TO THE EPITOH. Sir—l noticed in to-day’s Budget that the writer of the letter : jre cruelty to pigs asked ydu to forward his- contribution to the New Plymouth S.P.C.A. I do not know the address of the secretary and have taken the liberty of enclosing £3 in the hope that you will do me the favour of sending it to the society. It is regrettable that there is not an officer of the S.P.C.A. at Inglewood, in and around which one is badly needed. —I am, etc., M. FAULDER FAWCETT.
