NO ALLIED INTERVENTION,

READY TO MEET POLAND

(Received July 21, 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 20. The Bolsheviks’ reply has reached Mr. Lloyd George. It rejects the British proposals regarding Poland and suggests that the Bolsheviks are prepared to give Poland better terms than the Allies propose, but refuses to consider any Allied intervention. The Bolsheviks are ready' to make a just peace bymeans of direct negotiations with Poland.. » . ■
