A telegram from Chicago says that the Railway Labour Board has awarded 2,000,000 dollars to the organised employees, being an average increase of 21 per cent which will bo retrospective from May 1, aggregating 600,000,000 dollars. The employees demanded 35 per cent.
(Received July 21, 9.13 n.m.) COPENHAGEN, July 19. M. Kraßsin,_ accompanied by M. Kameneff (president ortho Moscow Soviet), and M. Milyutin (chairman of the Russian Economic Council) arrived at Reval on his way to_ Britain. Kameneff supersedes itrassiu’ sis head of the mission.
