ALLEGED SURPLUS WHEAT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. PARIS, Juno ie. Krassin, interviewed, suggested that a resumption of commercial relations with Russia was possible through a clearing house at Copenhagen, the different European countries holding shares'in tho company, with Russian gold as a guarantee. He said that Russia had a wheat .surplus of 21 million tons, and of petroleum five million tons, and also linen in largo quantities and other necessar-ies.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
