WELLINGTON, Dec. .6. , It has been definitely decided, the Prime Minister stated to-day, that the new excursion fares gazetted this weqk will be brought into operation for the Christmas holidays. There have been several questions lately regarding the publication of the railway classification list (D 3), and some suggestion has been made that it is being held back. The Prime Minister stated to-day that he was anxious to get the list out and was expediting its publication to the utmost of his power, but the list was a bigger job than in previous years. There was no reason whatever for holding the list back, and it would appear as soon as ever the printer could have it ready. '
