Judge W. T. Rawson lias "been appointed to the Akaroa and South. Island Native Land Court districts. Mr. C. F. S. Press Association message from Christchurch states that Mr. A. G. Henderson, who has been acting-manager of the Lyttelton Times Company during the past six months, has been appointed manager of the company. Mr. Robert Bell retains the office of managing direotor. *
