TRADES UNION CONGRESS. LONDON, Dec. 1. The Trades Union Congress meets on the Oth inst. to consider the creation of an effective trades union centre to deal with industrial questions. The scheme will necessitate a re-organisa-tion of the functions of the Parliamentary Committee in order to secure a real co-ordination with the trades union movement. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
