CLOSE OF THE CONFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—. Copyright. WASHINGTON, Nov. 30. The International Labour- Conference has adjourned. It is understood it will rc-convene in 1920, at the seat of the I league of Nations. Mr. William Gemmill, the employers’ delegate from South Africa, protested at the preponderance of European influence on the governing board, which was composed of twenty Europeans, two Americans, and two from other countries. —Ans.-N.Z.
