WASHINGTON, Dec. 1. The American Federation of Labour has issued a statement advocating the following laws; Prohibition of child labour-, the total restriction of immigration for two years, a minimum wage for Government employees, a Federal employment service, prohibition of interstate transportation of convict labour, the provision of land and homes for soldiers and sailors, and long-time payment loans to citizens for building homes, and the repeal of all taxes on necessities of life.
