ANNUAL SPORTS. i Perfect weather conditions favoured the holding of the New Plymouth Technical College sports held at the Recreation Grounds to-day. There was a good attendance of the public, and i keen interest was evinced in the lengthy and varied programme. The following acted as officials i Judges (boys).-—Messrs. E. G. Johnson, F. Sandford, 11. D. Kirkpatrick, C. Findium, Sj£t.-Major Bell. Starter; Mr. A. L. Moore. Timekeeper; Mr. Garnham. Marksmen: Messrs. H. H. Skelton, Mr. J. W. Connell. Result official.; Mr. G. H. White. Hon. secretary, Mr. T. Bailey. Judges (girls); Mcsdames Moore, Kirkpatrick, Misses Sandford and Goy. Starter: Mr. G. S. Crimp. Time-keeper; Mr. C. Moore. Marksmen: Mrs. Woods, Miss Jensen. Result official: Miss Hannah. Hon. secretary, L. Aroa. The events were run off with remarkable precision and some excellent ! finishes were witnessed, bearing ample | evidence of the capabilities of the hqndicappors. lip -to the lun-oheon adjournment the following events were decided: Girls’ high jump (handicap).—W.
