ANNUAL SPORTS. i Perfect weather conditions favoured the holding of the New Plymouth Technical College sports held at the Recreation Grounds to-day. There was a good attendance of the public, and i keen interest was evinced in the lengthy and varied programme. The following acted as officials i Judges (boys).-—Messrs. E. G. Johnson, F.
