Messrs. Webster Bros, submitted for sale by public auction at tbeir mart to-day a number of leases on account of the New Plymouth Harbour Board, rhero was competition for the first section offered, with building thereon, situated between the Unim Shipping OomK buildings and the Grosvenor , and it was ewntually sold to Mr. M'Ginty, proprietor of the,Grosvenor Hotel. The remaining sections, in St. Aubyn and Ariki Streets, were not sold. The three sections in Gill Street, between Ourrie Street and Hawaii Street, were sold to Mr. Newton King.
