EVERYBODY’S. JANE AND KATHERINE LEE IN “AMERICAN BUDS.” Wholesome comedy, striking dramatic action, an interesting love story and a very plausible and illuminating expose of spy activities in the army are phases of the stirring production “American Buds,” in which Jane and Katherine Lee are showing to-night and to-morrow at Everybody’s. The Fox “Baby Grands” appear not only in. the expected role of trouble wholesalers, but Jane also is a heroine, her midnight excursion from bed to the living room being responsible for the catching of a member of the German, secret service. It is a remarkable picture, full of fun and thrills. The settings are exceptionally good, and the young stars are- supported by a capable cast of adults who have a large part in the development of the plot. The programme also includes the third episode of the thrilling serial story, “Wolves of Kultur,” a Keystone comedy, the Gaumont Graphic, and a fine scenic picture, "From Lucerne to St. Gothard.” THE PEOPLE’S. The big and attractive programme at the People’s, presenting Fatty -Vrbuckle, in his million-dollar comedy, “Camping Out,” and queen of the screen,' Elsie Ferguson, in the beautiful Artoraft picture “Under the Greenwood Tree,” screens finally to-night.
