PALMERSTON NORTH SESSIONS. Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., Nov. 12. In the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Chapman, Charles James Cookery was charged with having unlawfully counselled and attempted to procure Henry Lewis and Alfred Mervyn Capp to murder Thomas Quirke, detective-sergeant of Palmerston North, on October 13, 1919. Accused was found not guilty and discharged.
