TO BE DISCUSSED IN THE HOUSE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 6. The Parliament of tho Dommion will be given an opportunity of discussing the terms of peace,* The Prime Minister staled that a motion to approve the terras of the treaty would be introduced, and that tho carrying of such motion would embody ratification of the terms by tho Dominion. With regard to the question of tho re-establishment of trade with Germany, the Prime .Minister pointed out that under file tonus of tho treaty Germans must be supplied with material, and this would necessarily lead to tho re-establishment of commercial relations to that extent. On tho matter of treatment of enemy aliens already Jiving in Britain and fjio various Dominion*, together with tho policy towards immigration from those countries with which peace, lias already been concluded, lie stated that no uniform policy had been adopted: each Government was left absolutely free to make its own arrangements. Passing to tho question of the government of the Empire, Air. Massey characterised the statement cabled from America recently, declaring that a Bill would be introduced in the British Parliament to set up a scheme of government for the whole Empire, as without authority. Nothing had yet boon done, and nothing would be clone hurriedly or without mature consideration. A conference of parties affected would be held to decide on the stops to bo taken, and to formulate whatever plans wore held to be necessary. The Dominion, lie said, was a party to tho Anglo-American-French treaty, and certainly had obligations under it. These obligations, however, were by-implica-tion only.
