LEADING TO TROUBLE AT HOME.

Finnish military action against Russia is considered certain. Tho Finns will attack from three sides; the greatest force will be directed against Kom with the view of cutting communication between Murmansk and iPetrograd, The second army will operate directly against Petrograd; the third will be sent to Esthonia.

Synchronising with this plan, a campaign of greater activity will/be manifested by the Red Finns. A. plot against highly-placel Finnish officers has been discovered. The conflict between the workers and Government troops is becoming more pronounced. The Government has bought 5000 ma-chine-guns and 150,000 automatic pis-tols.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
