A Handley-Cage service machine, with a crow of eight and a load of 24,890 pounds covered 836 miles, visiting various points in England, and remaining in the air for twelve hours. AMERICAN PROJECTS. FOB BIG SEAPLANES. (Received June 4, 12.50 p.m.) NEW YORK, Juno 3. The AA'asliiugtou correspondent of tho New York Times says that the Navy Department is planning the construction of seaplanes equipped with six to eight engines for ocean flights. The correspondent adds that reports received from official channels state that British firms are planning to build seaplanes for the transatlantic service equipped with twelve Rolls-Royce engines.
