THE PEOPLE'S. “THE WOMAN GOD FORGOT. 1 ’ The magnificent spectacle “The Woman God Forgot,” starring Geraldine* Farrar, opened its season yesterday at the People’s. The play, which was produced in the Lasky studios by the great De Mill©. is filled , with immense spectacular displays and from its artistic details and displays is a triumph in cinematography. , Geraldine Farrar gives a great performance as the beautiful Tecza and- she is ably supported by AVallace Reid as Guatemaco, Raymond Hatton as Montezuma, Hobart Bosworth as the Spanish adventurer Cortez, and a great array of supernumerics. Although the production, presents immense spectacular displays, including the highest set ever built for a motion picture, its interest is not cun fined to this feature alone. A stir-* ring romance between the Aztec, princess and the Spanish captain for Cortez, including many exceptionally dramatic situations, fastens the interest upon the leading characters or the play in the unusual development of the story. Tire final presentation is to-night’s screening. BILL HART TO-MORROW, ’ MATINEE AT 3.30. Big Bill Hart’s biggest picture, “Blue Blazes Rawden,” will open for a short season of two nights to-morrow. Supporting this 1 feature there is the fifth episode of “The House of ’Hate,” entitled “Spies Within.” This week’s episode is again full of thrilling combats between Pearl and Gresham against the Hooded Terror, and the interest reaches a lively stage towards the finish of this episode.
