ITALIAN MINISTERON ITALIAN RECOVERY. (Received Dec. 5, 1.5 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 4. Signor Orlando, in an interview, said the Allies had concluded their conference and would lie more compact, better armed and stronger from a military point of view. ’ Italy had responded superbly alter her reverse. The courage of her army was unimpaired and had held hack the advancing flood. Nevertheless the arrival of Anglo-French troops had produced an excellent impression.
